If you simply want to refresh an exterior with existing elements, the Re-style mode may be enough, as shown in the video below:

On the other hand, if you want to add elements such as:

• A lawn
• A swimming pool
• Flowers
• Plant beds
• Garden furniture

In this particular case, the Furnish (manual) mode will be more relevant, as the furnish mode allows you to add non-existent elements, as in the video below:
